Insertion of 83 graduates under the program of crop year 2008-2009  
83 graduates including 4 girls were inserted Wednesday during a ceremony at a training center for the advancement of women in Nouakchott.

The insertion of this group, consisting of 46 engineers and 37 veterinarians, claimed the sum of 57 million allocated UM jointly by the Ministry of Employment, integration and vocational training and the Ministry of agriculture and livestock for a period of 8 months. This integration is part of the measures undertaken to ensure the success of the crop year 2008-2009.

 Taking a call on this occasion, Mr. Mohamed El Moustapha Ould Abdi, general secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock said that this operation is part of a better organisation of the 2008-2009 crop year for which the State has mobilized substantial human and material resources.

 The Secretary General stressed the importance of the extension and agricultural guidance, stating that the basic agricultural extension workers must fully play their role during different stages of the campaign which must be up to the expectations of the President of the Republic who said that this year should be a year agricultural par excellence end of the power lifting world food challenges the world faces today.

 For its part, the deputy director of the promotion of youth employment, Ms. Mint Aichettou Verges welcomed the importance of cooperation between the department of vocational training and agricultural and livestock which allowed the insertion of young graduates for the second consecutive year.

 Meanwhile, the union president of agricultural engineers, Mr. Mohamed Abdellahi Ould Babah said the importance of respecting the different articles of the agreement signed between the two ministries and which gave rise to the inclusion of these 83 graduates in this campaign.

 The ceremony was attended by secretaries general of ministries responsible for the Advancement of Women, Children and Family, employment, inclusion and vocational training as well as several officials of the department agriculture.
